9/13(金)15:00より毎月定例の全社会議を行いました！
採用状況の報告の後、FM事業部からは先月末に参加したイベントの報告を行いました。
弊社社員であるフランサがイベントのゲストとして参加した様子をVTRにまとめ、参加した社員からの感想も発表致しました。
また、取締役の市原からはFM事業部の今後の方針について話がありました。
役員会からは主に休暇制度の改定について話がありました。
残り時間を用いて、社員全員でワークを行いました。
前回のフランサのFootbankのおける使命の話を受け、社員それぞれがFootbankにおける使命について考える時間となりました。
何故Footbankに入社した理由から始まり、今後どんな事をやっていきたいのかなど複数グループに分かれて話しました。
全員が改めて会社について話し合う事ができ、非常に有意義な時間となりました。
Starting at 15:00, we held our monthly whole company meeting on Friday the 13th of September.
After presenting the report on recruitment condition, continuation of the report from the previous month on Football Management Division was added.
States of the event, participated as a guest by our company staff-Franca were captured in VTR where other participated staff announced the impression and views about the event.
Furthermore, the director Ichihara talked about future plans of the Football Management Division.
Board members had talked specially about changing rules of taking leave.
Using the remaining time, we held workshop with in all staff.
Hearing Franca about the errand for the Footbank, all staff took time to think of own mission being Footbank member.
Dividing in many group we discussed matters starting from the reason of entering Footbank and task aiming to do.
We all got time to talk about the company altogether, it was such a worthwhile moment we often get.
