Salary Raise System

Once a year(April), increase in salary will be decided based on the personnel evaluation system.

Annual Paid Vacation System

Possibility to redeem after entering the company (first year 10 days、maximum 20 days)
Full day and half day leave both possible.


Refresh Vacation System (15 days per year)

This system being separate from Annual Paid Vacation System has 15 days of leave obtainable.
