We held our monthly whole company meeting on Friday the 19th of July.
At the start of the meeting, director Hamada announced that from now on we will try to keep reports etc as brief as possible, with the intention of creating a meeting with room for proper communication with our fellow employees.
After having our recently added members presented, and receiving an update on general affairs from the directors, all members conducted a brainstorming on this year’s training trip.
The theme is the same as last year, i.e. “Team Building”.
The new members also took part and we exchanged opinions on how to how to make in-house communication more active.
There were lots of different ideas, and they were all very interesting!
Building on those ideas, we will start up a committee, and decide the contents of the trip.
