7月度全社会議を行いました

7/19(金)15:00より毎月定例の全社会議を行いました!

冒頭に役員の濱田から今回から報告等の時間はなるべく短くし、
社員同士がコミュニケーションをはかれるような会にしていくという発表がありました。

新たに加わる社員の紹介や役員からの総務的な報告の後は、社員全員で今年度の研修旅行のブレストを行いました。
テーマは昨年度と同じ『チームビルディング』。
新たなメンバーも加わり、社内のコミュニケーションを活発化させるための意見を出し合いました。

様々なアイデアが沢山あり、面白い意見ばかりでした!
今回出た意見をもとに委員会を立ち上げ、内容を決定していく予定です。

We held our monthly company meeting, July edition

We held our monthly whole company meeting on Friday the 19th of July.

At the start of the meeting, director Hamada announced that from now on we will try to keep reports etc as brief as possible, with the intention of creating a meeting with room for proper communication with our fellow employees.

After having our recently added members presented, and receiving an update on general affairs from the directors, all members conducted a brainstorming on this year’s training trip.
The theme is the same as last year, i.e. “Team Building”.
The new members also took part and we exchanged opinions on how to how to make in-house communication more active.

There were lots of different ideas, and they were all very interesting!
Building on those ideas, we will start up a committee, and decide the contents of the trip.
