Footbank事務所にて、外国籍社員が講師となり英会話教室を行いました！
英語を久しぶりに学ぶ社員も多いので、初回は自己紹介を英語で行うなど基本的な部分を行いましたが、
非常に良い刺激になっております！
弊社は外国籍の社員が多いですが、外国籍の社員が日本の文化や習慣を学ぶだけでなく、日本人の社員も国際的な文化や言語を学び、多様性を受け入れていくことが重要だと考えております。

社内英会話教室を行いました
We held an English conversation class
At the office of Footbank, foreign employees became lecturers and held an English conversation class.
Since it has been quite a while ago since studying English for many employees, for the first class we carried out some basic exercises such as self introduction in English, but it’s really good stimulus!
At our company there are many foreign employees but not only are those foreign employees learning about Japanese culture and traditions, but our Japanese employees are also learning about international culture and language. We think that accepting and taking in diversity is very important!
