A few days ago we held our whole company meeting for December & year-end party!
For this occasion we rented “DMZ CAFE” as event venue, a place close to our office and one that we also use on a regular basis.
Being held at a different venue than usual, the atmosphere felt fresh, and the meeting kicked off!
As always Fukatsu was leading the proceedings, and first our new member Sato, starting in December, introduced himself.
Before this he was working in Sapporo, but changed jobs and came to Tokyo to join our team!
He is also a licensed football instructor, so we can expect to have even more fun from now on at our futsal activities!
Next up was an interim report on the progress of our upcoming training trip from our young members selected for this task.
Up until last year the executive staff and back office had been handling the planning of these trips, but starting this year various members get to be involved, this time having 4 young members doing the planning for us!
After receiving information regarding extracurricular activities, representative director Takeuchi presented the future company policy.
The concept for next year and onwards proved to be very useful information for our employees.
After a break, the second half was to be the year-end party!
The specially invited chefs skillfully prepared some gorgeous cuisine!

Some of our valued clients were also kind enough to participate, giving us the opportunity to deepen our friendship.

Responding to requests from the audience, this display livened up the place for various reason! (*laugh*)
Lastly the 3 directors gave thanks for the work effort, and the party was finished!
Even though there’s still a bit left of this year, it was a great assembly to conclude the year, and it definitely seems like we will get off to a good start of next year as well!
