先日4月の全社時会議を行いました！
各事業部の報告など、普段外部に出ているメンバーへの情報共有をメインに行いました！
外部に出ているとなかなか情報共有する場がありませんが、
毎月集まることで会社がどのような方向に進んでいるのかを実感することが出来ます。
もっと社員を巻き込んでいくような施策を今後行っていきます！

4月度全社会議を行いました
We held our monthly company meeting, April edition
We held our monthly company meeting for April the other day.
This time’s main topic was reports from the various divisions and sharing information with members usually working outside of the office.
When working outside of the office. there aren’t too many occasions in which to share information. However, at our monthly gatherings we can get a real feel for how and in what direction the company is progressing.
We are working out measures for involving even more members from now on!
